Shipping and Payment
We offer worldwide shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
Tracking information is given to you once your order is shipped. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. RNSM Legends LLC is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
RNSM Legends LLC does not refund shipping costs. No returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you need to email rnsmlegends@gmail.com with your order number within 72 hours or a cancellation cannot be provided for you.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Our payment system is managed via Shopify Pay, the worlds leading online payment systems. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by RNSM Legends LLC.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to RNSM Legends LLC we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Customers must request a cancellation via e-mail to rnsmlegends@gmail.com with your order number within 72 hours to receive cancellation. Any cancellation requests made after the 72 hour period will be refused. At this time RNSM Legends, LLC does not refund shipping costs.
